Delivery is made, for the Italian territory, within 2/3 working days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the time frame estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days from the date of confirmation.
Shipping within the European Union
We ship throughout Europe:

Delivery is made within 4 working days, and in any case, within the maximum term of 30 days.
Deliveries within the EU:
All import duties and taxes, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.
How to Request a Return for an Online Purchase
Important Note: Before requesting a return, make sure you have collected your order and are in possession of the goods.
The return request automatically activates the reservation for collection by the courier.
Order Placed via Account
To start the return request, log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section.
You will find the "Returns and Refunds" option: click on "Request Return". Please note: this option is only available within 14 working days of receiving your order.
At this point, select the items you wish to return by ticking the relevant box. It is essential to enter all the items you wish to return in a single request, also specifying the reason for the return. Make sure you have selected them all before confirming the request. If you paid by cash on delivery, you will need to enter the IBAN code and the name of the holder of the bank account on which you wish to receive the refund.
Items must be returned with the tag, barcode and any other original material that was part of the packaging.
Important : Refunds will only be issued for items returned in accordance with the instructions provided. If the return does not meet the requirements, the package will be returned to the sender.
REFUNDS
Once the return is received, our warehouse will verify that all conditions and procedures have been correctly followed. Subsequently, the Customer will receive an email confirming the approval of the return and the related refund. Payment will be returned via credit card or PayPal, for the total amount of the returned goods (excluding shipping costs, if applicable), within 14 (fourteen) working days from the moment the package arrives at our warehouse.
Refund on gift purchase
If the order was paid by Credit Card or PayPal, the refund will be made to the original transaction, i.e. the account of the person who made the payment. For security reasons, we cannot refund to a different account.
Refund Policy for Specific Payment Methods:

Credit Card: The refund will be processed by our bank within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on the card issuer.
- PayPal: The refund will be credited to the Customer's PayPal account within 14 working days of receiving the return.
- Klarna (payment by installments): The refund will be made within 14 working days of receiving the return, to the Customer's personal account. In the event of a partial return, the system will automatically recalculate the remaining installments.
- Gift Card Online: The refund will be made on the same gift card used for the purchase, within 14 working days. If the order was paid partly with a gift card and partly with a credit card or PayPal, the refund will be made first on the amount paid with the card, and then on the gift card.
Return conditions
Edas Italia reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or sent after the expected deadline, or for returned items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
